Do you share your customer list with other companies?

Most definitely not. Each customer’s information is private and securely kept with us. All credit card information is destroyed once used.

Can I speak to someone in management?

Yes – most definitely. Please either email us at info@crowntailor.com and direct all queries to “Mana” or give him a personal call at +66 89 1205735.

Do I have to get re-measured every time I pick something out?

Not at all. We keep all measurements of all our customers on file and you are always welcome to reorder clothes again.

Does Crown make clothes with my cloth?

Yes, we do CMT (Cut, Make, Trim). We are happy to work with your fabrics as we are happy to work with ours.

Is it possible for you to duplicate the fit of a favorite shirt/pant/suit or even any other clothing in my wardrobe?

Yes, most definitely. Whatever you want to have copied, we can have it 100% copied for you from your sample.

When I place my order, can I choose different styles? Is it possible to request different collars, cuffs, pockets or other unique features on my shirts?

We can do all styles of collars and cuffs and other unique features so if there is something you admire or want to have copied, all you have to do is send us a picture or bring along a picture and we will have it done for you.

Does Crown customize to any style?

You are the customer – you pick exactly what you want. We make it to what you require and we guide you in the right directions.

Can I order white collars and/or cuffs?

Yes – most definitely and even contrast collars & cuffs.

Do I need to worry about shrinkage?

With some fabrics, yes. But we already preshrink most of the fabrics by washing them before stitching. We try to minimize this as much as possible, but it also depends on how you wash your shirts.
